Steve has extensive experience in developing customized training plans for the specific needs
of each of ZAP's clients. His strategy is to provide private education exclusively to clients
who are looking for a training partner. Steve's customized approach leaves the education
decisions in the hands of the client including: length of class, curriculum, date of offering,
and number of students. Additionally, ZAP's 360° strategy of making pre- and post-training
activities as vital as course delivery separates them from other software training companies.
Steve also taught for 3 years as an Instructor at the MATC where he refined his skills as an
educator.
